About the Role

We are now offering an exciting role as Department Manager where you will be responsible for the department in Kungsbacka. The department is part of Region South West which extends from Kungsbacka to Malmö and over to Kristianstad and Karlskrona. You will have close and ongoing contact with other department managers within the region as well as with the Regional Manager. You will have personnel responsibility and be responsible for the department's financial operations including business and sales responsibility. You will further develop strategies for the growth journey we are on in the region and continue to work on culture and team development issues. Today, there are 33 employees in the department, both electricians and project managers.

About You

We are looking for someone with good leadership experience as well as experience and solid knowledge in Electrical and technology. We believe you have good experience and understanding of working with service and contracts and that you feel secure in your personal leadership. You have a good ability to manage relationships where you understand the importance and advantage of being receptive, being a good communicator, and solving challenges in a constructive and unpretentious way together with employees and customers.

Furthermore, we would like you to have a development-oriented approach and be a person with good initiative, drive, and forward-thinking, as well as being genuinely interested in technology and conducting sustainable business. You need to have the ability to plan and organize your work in a structured and efficient way, as well as having a drive for continuous improvement in your field and a willingness to sell and deliver the product and expertise. It is desirable that you have a local connection to the Kungsbacka area.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Relevant education and good leadership experience.
• Experience from the industry as a team leader or as a business/department manager.
• Industry knowledge and knowledge of interpreting contract forms.
• Fluent language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good language skills in English.
• Business and commercial understanding, able to see the big picture and customer needs.
• Previous experience in developing effective teams.
• Driving license B
